Our outpatient office environment is collaborative, ensuring you have access to multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to groups, families, and individuals.
• Document clinical records meticulously while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including participation in case consultations and team meetings.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively for client documentation and treatment planning.

Our patient population comprises diverse individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. The successful candidate will demonstrate cultural competency and the ability to engage meaningfully with clients from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique paths to recovery and emotional wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR software and technology related to therapy and client management will be a significant asset.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
