• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their concerns and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, carefully adapting approaches according to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems proficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops and conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Robust knowledge of counseling ethical guidelines and legal frameworks.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
