This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space. As part of an outpatient office model, you will work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing client-centered care. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients’ mental health needs, formulating diagnostic assessments to guide treatment.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in coping with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, including support groups and psychoeducational discussions, to help clients learn from each other's experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and defined interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Immediately respond to client crises, including performing risk assessments and coordinating emergency interventions to maintain client safety.
• Participate actively in professional development activities, staying updated on the latest research and therapeutic methodologies in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive support and care for clients.

The clients you will serve include individuals from various backgrounds who are navigating mental health issues. • A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a mental health counselor in Florida, meeting all necessary educational and clinical experience requirements.
• Completion of at least three years of supervised clinical hours, demonstrating hands-on experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills that enable effective communication with clients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Proficient in conducting detailed assessments and evaluations using appropriate tools and methodologies.

• Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as trauma therapy, addiction counseling, or family therapy are highly regarded.
• Experience in telehealth counseling settings is beneficial, given the remote nature of our practice.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
