This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a work environment that suits you best while collaborating with colleagues through video conferencing and digital communication tools. As a member of our outpatient office team, you will have regular access to resources and support from fellow professionals, making use of digital therapy platforms as well as traditional modalities to engage effectively with clients.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, using both evidence-based practices and personalized approaches.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on ongoing assessments.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
• Engage in regular assessments of client progress, providing support and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate client referrals to additional specialists as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that includes all aspects of a client's well-being.

You will work predominantly with individuals and families from various backgrounds, some of whom may be grappling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic emphasizes a client-centered approach where therapists meet clients where they are, guiding them in addressing their concerns through understanding, empathy, and professional insight.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling to support clients dealing with substance use disorders.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and motivating clients toward positive change.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings with proficiency in providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans specific to family dynamics.
• A history of maintaining a productive caseload, demonstrating the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize client needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer robust compensation along with annual reviews, providing opportunities for salary adjustments based on performance.
