• Conduct ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to address their mental health and substance use issues.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients on their path to recovery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and teaching healthy coping mechanisms to ensure effective recovery.

You will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification and seeking mental health support related to substance use. Your therapeutic skills will be invaluable as these clients often face multifaceted challenges, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Understanding their history, context, and individual experiences is crucial in providing appropriate care and guidance.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the relevant state board.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in your interactions with clients.
• Proficient in using technology, including telehealth platforms, to deliver effective counseling.

While the required qualifications are a must, experience specifically related to substance use disorders and mental health counseling in a remote setting will be considered a strong asset. • Salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked and experience.
