• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific emotional and psychological needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your counseling skills and stay abreast of latest therapeutic techniques.

Your role will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will focus on facilitating personal development and emotional resilience, while also addressing more severe psychological disorders in a supportive and therapeutic context.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• A current, active, and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally developed in a clinical or therapeutic environment.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma would be highly beneficial and enhance your application.
• Experience working in a remote counseling setting is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitively set at USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
