We are seeking passionate, hard-working individuals who want to build a career with meaning. As a Enrollment Specialist, you will guide Canadians through the process of enrolling - helping them understand their options and take an important step toward protecting their families. We welcome candidates from all professional backgrounds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct virtual enrollment consultations with clients across Canada
Educate clients
Complete applications accurately and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with attention to detail
Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders including coverage reviews and policy updates
Stay current on products and provincial regulations
Track client interactions and enrollment progress in the company CRM
Participate in regular team training and group coaching sessions
