This role is performed primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a strong connection to clients. • Deliver individualized assessment and clinical intervention services to clients suffering from severe mental health disorders through virtual platforms, ensuring an accessible and supportive environment.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each client while facilitating access to necessary resources and services.
• Conduct evidence-based, developmentally appropriate assessments to tailor interventions and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide direct services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with an emphasis on empowerment and recovery.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care through consultation and information sharing about client progress and needs.
• Identify and report any potential safety risks, proactively creating a safe and secure remote environment for all clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing appropriate referrals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide on-call coverage during specified hours to ensure continuous support for clients as needed.

This role targets clients who are particularly vulnerable, including those affected by severe emotional disturbances and significant mental health issues. The LCSW will work closely with individuals who often face barriers to care, providing support tailored to their personal circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and individual goals. Ensuring respect and understanding of diverse traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles is crucial for success in this role.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with diverse populations and severe mental health conditions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathetic listening.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a dynamic caseload.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation center.
• Knowledge or certification in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Background in collaborative practice within a multidisciplinary team framework.
