Location: Hawaii
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Job
We're hiring a Hawaii-licensed LMHC to provide counseling to clients through telehealth. You'll spend your day meeting with clients online, talking through the issues they're dealing with, and helping them decide what to work on in therapy.
Clients may be seeking help with anxiety, stress, mood concerns, relationships, or changes in their personal lives. You'll manage your appointments from a remote setting and take care of the clinical notes and follow-up that come with each case.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Meet with clients for scheduled counseling appointments
  • Talk through current concerns and what they would like to work on
  • Provide counseling based on your clinical training and experience
  • Help clients work through stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life changes
  • Keep notes and client records up to date
  • Follow up on cases as needed
  • Consult with other clinicians when a client needs additional support
  • Maintain client privacy and professional standards during virtual sessions

Requirements
  • Must hold an active Hawaii license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work
  • Strong comfort level with remote care delivery
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional and client-centered care
