Remote Card Operations Specialists are professionals who manage and support card-related services such as credit, debit, and prepaid cards for financial institutions, all while working remotely. Their responsibilities typically include processing card applications, handling disputes, monitoring transactions for fraud, and assisting customers with card-related inquiries. These skills are crucial for maintaining secure, compliant, and seamless card operations in a remote environment.
