Job description

Senior Commercial Lines Analyst-Claims Divison to 110K, bonus, RemoteNational firm specializing in specialty business including captives, alternative risk and heavy casualty is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Analyst-Claims Division,  a strategic leadership role in the Claims Department, transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing data analytics initiatives, leading junior analysts, and driving strategic decision-making across Commercial Auto, General Liability (GL), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) lines. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimal claim outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related field, preferred. 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, underwriting or business analytics or a similar data-focused role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience working with Origami or other claim systems and TPA data feeds preferred. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in claim handling preferred. Knowledge of Commercial Auto, GL, WC, and ERM lines is a plus.

Captive Insurance Experience preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven leadership experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
