How you will make history here...

Own the day-to-day customer relationship and growth agenda for Natural Specialty customers, delivering Net Sales, profit, and share commitments through disciplined planning, negotiation, broker partnership, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for leading the Natural and Distributor owned-business across a mix of direct and distributor-supported customers, ensuring aligned execution, strong customer planning, and effective management of broker and distributor relationships in support of growth objectives.

What you will do...

Own the customer relationship and annual plan for assigned customers, including direct and distributor-supported accounts

Deliver Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade, and share targets across the assigned customers

Lead day-to-day management of broker and distributor relationships supporting wide range of customers, including priority setting, communication, and follow-up

Develop customer and distributor strategies that align with broader Natural channel objectives and category priorities

Partner with internal sales leaders, category, finance, supply chain, and retail execution teams to ensure coordinated support for assigned accounts

Manage planning, forecasting, and trade investment across a diverse set of smaller and more complex customers, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance

Support execution across direct and indirect routes to market, ensuring customer needs, distributor dynamics, and broker priorities are aligned

Monitor customer, distributor, and broker performance and recommend actions to improve sales results, execution consistency, and ROI

Key Deliverables:

Annual performance against Net Sales, Gross Profit, trade spend, and share commitments for the Natural Direct and Indirect AO desk

Effective broker and distributor execution across assigned accounts, including clear priorities, timely follow-up, and alignment to business objectives

Accurate forecast and trade plan management across direct and indirect customers

Strong coordination between internal teams, broker partners, and distributors to support customer execution and growth plans Working

What you bring to the table... (Must have)

Bachelor's Degree

6 years in CPG sales or customer-facing commercial roles

It would be great if you have... (Nice to have)

Proven ability to deliver Net Sales and profit targets on a customer desk

Working knowledge of trade management, promotional planning, and Revenue Growth Management

Strong analytical capability with syndicated data (Satori/SPINS) and retailer POS

Effective negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills with retail buyers

Comfortable operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

Experience managing broker-led customers, distributor relationships, or indirect selling models preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity across a mix of direct, distributor, and broker-supported business

Experience managing customer relationships through broker partners - including setting priorities, aligning execution, and following up on business objectives

Strong planning and prioritization skills across multiple smaller accounts and stakeholders

Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of time

This role is fully remote. We are open to all geographies within the US.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$117,600-$161,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
