• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the psychological needs of clients and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session caters to the distinct backgrounds and challenges of our clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in order to effectively address the concerns presented by clients.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to offer well-rounded care that enriches the treatment process and patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to ethical guidelines and comply with all legal requirements, safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage proactively in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active, unrestricted LPC licensure in New Jersey.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Experience in providing telehealth services in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with integrating holistic practices into therapeutic approaches.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience level.
