The chosen candidate will work in a fully remote capacity, collaborating with our outpatient office team. Our flexible arrangements allow for a balanced work-life environment. Scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, enabling you to provide care while also catering to your personal commitments. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mood disorders and other mental health conditions, taking careful notes on symptoms’ duration and severity to inform treatment.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating therapeutic interventions such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and communication-based strategies.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and the therapeutic process, fostering an understanding of their treatment and encouraging active participation.
• Continuously monitor client progress through scheduled follow-ups, adapting treatment approaches as needed based on evolving client circumstances and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring all documentation is up to date and reflective of best practices.
• Engage in regular team consultations and case reviews to optimize care strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Actively promote mental health awareness within the community, representing the clinic at local events and initiatives to advocate for client needs and resources.

You will work with diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By employing a compassionate and client-centered approach, you will help clients navigate their struggles and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, highlighting your ability to work effectively with families and individuals.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly structural family therapy, narrative approaches, and communication strategies.
