This position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to serve clients primarily online and through community outreach initiatives. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs.
• Establish and maintain a supportive rapport with clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions as required, adapting methodologies to fit clients' developmental and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to conduct screenings, evaluations, and referrals to ensure clients' access to necessary services.
• Monitor ongoing client progress and adjust treatment strategies to address changes in mental health status, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress and developing crisis management plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees to enhance service delivery and maintain compliance with ethical standards.
• Ensure timely documentation, report writing, and data submission related to client encounters, maintaining rigorous standards of care.

The LCSW will focus primarily on clients dealing with severe emotional disorders and mental illness in a detoxification environment. The salary range for this full-time position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
