Soul Canvas Healing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. Your primary role will involve working with individuals, couples, and families to address a diverse range of issues. This includes:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions for couples, providing both joint and individual sessions as needed.
• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and values.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, along with family systems therapy, to facilitate healing and growth.
• Maintaining detailed progress notes and case documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with standards.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborative care discussions to enhance patient outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve adult clients as well as children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges. You will focus on helping families navigate complex dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Your expertise in managing issues such as blended family transitions, job stress, and the emotional impacts of separation and divorce will be key to your success.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical settings, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including families in crisis, individuals facing life transitions, and children or adolescents with behavioral issues.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy and patient engagement.
• A track record of implementing cutting-edge therapeutic interventions and methodologies in practice.
