You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure that our counseling services are aligned with the overall health strategies for our patients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate the mental health needs of clients dealing with cancer at various treatment stages.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that incorporate both traditional therapeutic methods and evidence-based alternative practices.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups to foster community among clients, encouraging shared experiences and mutual support.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment across psychological, physical, and emotional domains.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of practice as defined by state and federal regulations.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training, and collaboration to improve clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on adult cancer patients navigating through the different phases of their journey, including those newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, managing recurrence, or transitioning into survivorship. You will also provide support to caregivers, acknowledging their struggle and need for emotional assistance.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party reference check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid NPI number.

• Previous experience working with oncology patients or in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems enhances digital engagement with patients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
