• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, diagnosing mental health conditions as needed, and utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the cultural diversity of the patient population.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing mental health interventions, continually monitoring and adjusting the care strategy to facilitate patient progress.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment records, clinical documentation, and reports promptly and accurately, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with patients and their support networks to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient needs and desired outcomes, while fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Develop objectives in partnership with patients and their families, focusing on safety, symptom reduction, and overall well-being, while demonstrating teamwork and responsibility in meeting treatment goals.
• Coordinate referrals and liaise between patients and external treatment providers, establishing effective working relationships with clinicians and support agencies as necessary.
• Mentor students, interns, and other clinical staff, providing educational sessions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration upon direction from your supervisor, contributing to the development of team members and quality improvement initiatives.

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. This role requires a deep understanding of the mental health challenges associated with chronic illness and the ability to provide empathetic support that promotes resilience, coping, and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings or with cancer patients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities applicable to oncology and mental health.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
