Job Title: Python Engineer
Location: Remote (Canada or Mexico)

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Python Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming, API development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and database management. The ideal candidate thrives in Agile environments and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications and services
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Integrate applications with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
  • Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles
Required Skills
  • Programming: Python (Advanced), OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms, Multithreading, Async Programming
  • Web Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django
  • API Development: REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2, JWT
