What You Will Experience in This Role:

The Implementation & Training Account Manager is responsible for leading customer implementations, onboarding, training, and optimization of the Quantum platform. This customer-facing role serves as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customers successfully adopt Quantum's solutions and maximize the value of their investment.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management, customer relationship, training, and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer workflows and translate business requirements into successful software implementations. This position requires up to 50% travel to customer sites for implementation, training, optimization, and strategic consulting engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer implementations from project kickoff through successful go-live.
  • Configure Quantum software based on customer business processes and operational requirements.
  • Deliver engaging onsite and remote end-user and administrator training.
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and project documentation.
  • Partner with customers to evaluate current workflows and recommend best practices that improve efficiency and maximize software utilization.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation and post-implementation optimization engagements.
  • Conduct customer health checks and optimization reviews to identify opportunities for improved adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on system configuration, workflow improvements, and product functionality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Development to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Assist with customer escalations by identifying root causes and coordinating resolution across internal teams.
  • Document customer requirements, implementation decisions, and recommended best practices.
  • Test new features, enhancements, and software updates as needed.
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, and customer education sessions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Travel up to 50% for onsite implementations, customer training, optimization engagements, and industry events.

You have:

  • Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support customers outside normal business hours when implementation schedules require.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Aviation Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical training.
  • Experience implementing ERP, aviation maintenance, or enterprise software solutions preferred.
  • Experience delivering instructor-led software training.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Aviation industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Quantum Control is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Base (Depending on experience)
