Job description

Mallory Portraits | Fully Remote | Full-Time, M-F
About Us:

You'd be selling something your neighbors already know. Mallory Portraits is a luxury portrait studio at 110 Brewery Lane in Portsmouth, NH, right in the city you live in. We're hiring experienced outbound phone sales closers to book our studio calendar from a steady stream of warm leads. The role is fully remote. But the business is local, the team is local, and what you're selling is something Seacoast families genuinely care about.

About the role

One-call close model. Every call ends with a booked session and deposit, or it's the next call. Warm leads, real objections, voicemails handled in real time. Top performers book 30+ sessions per week.

You'll work remotely from your home in the Seacoast area, no commute, no Boston traffic, no office politics. Just your headset, your leads, and your numbers.

Benefits (after 60 days)

  • Internet reimbursement
  • Paid time off - 80 hours
  • Paid volunteer time - 2 days (16 hours)
  • Healthcare stipend - $250
  • Holiday Pay - 5 days of studio closure, if you're affected, you'll get paid
  • 3 holidays paid at time and a half - if applicable

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of high-volume outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or booking specialist experience
  • 100+ dials per day with weekly or monthly quotas
  • Proven one-call closing ability, you get the deposit on the first call, not the fifth
  • A track record you can name in numbers: close rates, conversion rates, show rates, bookings per week
  • A warm, confident phone voice that holds up at call 80 when call 30 was a tough one
  • Comfort following a sales script and being coached
  • Reliable remote work setup: hard-wired internet with backup, dedicated home office, corded headset, dual monitors

Compensation

  • Most closers earn $66,500-$84,500 once they hit their rhythm
  • Top performers regularly exceed $85,000+
  • New Hampshire has no state income tax -- your take-home here goes further than it would across the border
  • Surprise spiffs and team bonuses throughout the year

Training

One week of paid remote training including video training, live shadowing one of our top closers, systems, script, and objection drills. Week 2 you're live on the phones with your manager coaching in real time.

This role is probably not a fit if

  • Your sales process relies on follow-up calls, nurture sequences, or multi-touch cycles
  • Your recent work has been consultative, relationship-based, or inbound only
  • You haven't carried a quota in the last year
  • High-volume repetition drains you rather than energizes you
  • You need to be in an office to stay focused and motivated
Why closers on our team stay

What we do matters in a way most sales jobs don't. A Mallory Portraits portrait session becomes a family heirloom -- the kind of image that sits on mantels for generations and outlives everyone in it. If you want to sell something your neighbors will thank you for, we'd love to meet you.

And if you ever want to see exactly what you're selling -- our studio door is open.

Work location: Remote (Seacoast NH preferred)
