Tele-Detailing Representative - Remote

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET

PharmaCentra is seeking a Tele-Detailing Representative to join our healthcare contact center team. This role is ideal for a confident and engaging communicator who enjoys speaking with healthcare professionals and can effectively educate, influence, and build relationships over the telephone.

As a Tele-Detailing Representative, you will conduct outbound telephone outreach to healthcare providers and other key contacts. Using approved product information, scripts, and messaging, you will educate healthcare professionals, answer questions, identify barriers, address objections, and encourage appropriate next steps.

The goal is to increase product awareness, facilitate delivery of demonstration devices, and generate interest among healthcare locations in stocking the product.

This is a high-volume outbound calling position that requires professionalism, persistence, excellent listening skills, and the ability to have meaningful conversations while consistently following approved messaging and established processes.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct outbound telephone calls to healthcare providers, healthcare locations, and other designated contacts.
  • Deliver approved product education and information using established scripts, resources, and messaging.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in professional, informative conversations.
  • Build rapport and establish productive relationships with contacts.
  • Ask effective questions to understand needs, concerns, barriers, and opportunities.
  • Respond to questions using approved resources and escalate questions when appropriate.
  • Address objections and barriers using approved messaging and established processes.
  • Generate interest in the product and encourage appropriate next steps.
  • Facilitate delivery of product demonstration devices when applicable.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, conversations, follow-up requirements, and other information in the appropriate systems.
  • Complete follow-up activities and maintain organized records.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and quality.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, call activity, and performance expectations.
  • Follow all applicable company procedures and project-specific requirements.
  • Protect confidential and proprietary information.
  • Participate in required training, coaching, and ongoing development.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve program objectives.
