This is a remote position within Ontario. Applicants residing inONTARIO,are invited to apply. Unfortunately this role cannot be conducted from outside of Ontario

This is a bilingual role for a part-time position, English-only applicants are invited to apply if they meet all criteria.
This is a part-time position with full-time training hours, Mon-Fri 8AM - 4PM.
Our Roadside Assistance department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Workers can expect to be scheduled between the hours of 6AM to 11PM. We require flexible availability for this purpose.

What you'll do

Role we are currently sourcing for:

(Remote) Bilingual Corporate Roadside Assistance Representative

  • Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and Home Services customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand

  • Supporting with Triangle Rewards customers

Our current department hours of operation are:

6:00am - 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday,

Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs, though you can expect to be scheduled primarily during evenings until close and weekends. Availability requirements range between days, evenings and weekends.
