The Mental Sphere Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our thriving practice. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, including factors impacting their relationships and family dynamics.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms to ensure accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans and approaches as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, seeking out training opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Qualifications
  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
