Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Fully Remote

Full-Time | $20/hour | Weekends Required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our fully remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will serve as a direct point of contact for callers, helping them navigate services, resolve concerns, and access information — all from the comfort of your home. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability position that requires excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and routing callers to the appropriate department

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with every caller

• Work a full 8-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

• Accurately document call details and resolutions in the system

• Meet performance metrics including call quality, accuracy, and response time

• Attend all required training sessions and complete assigned assessments

• Adhere to all call center protocols and confidentiality requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred

• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as part of the regular schedule

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must have all required identification current and up to date

HOME OFFICE / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have your own working computer/laptop with webcam for training and the first 30 days of employment, prior to company equipment being issued

• Minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps, hard-wired via ethernet (no Wi-Fi)

• A dedicated, quiet, professional workspace free from background noise and distractions

• Working headset with microphone

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $20.00/hour

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts (includes weekends)

• 90-day probationary period — no call-outs or tardiness permitted during this period

• Training is paid only upon successful completion
