Position Overview

Spring Edge Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate support and therapeutic interventions to clients grappling with challenges such as child neglect, domestic violence, mental health issues, and substance abuse. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and making referrals to appropriate services, all while working collaboratively to enhance the quality of care for individuals in need.

Work Environment

Qualifications
  • An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience working with diverse client populations, particularly those affected by neglect, domestic violence, mental health conditions, and substance abuse.
  • Strong communication skills that enable effective listening and understanding of client needs.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, including the ability to empathize with distressed clients and manage challenging emotional situations calmly.
