This role is ideal for a confident and engaging communicator who enjoys speaking with healthcare professionals and can effectively educate, influence, and build relationships over the telephone.As a Tele-Detailing Representative, you will conduct outbound telephone outreach to healthcare providers and other key contacts. Using approved product information, scripts, and messaging, you will educate healthcare professionals, answer questions, identify barriers, address objections, and encourage appropriate next steps.The goal is to increase product awareness, facilitate delivery of demonstration devices, and generate interest among healthcare locations in stocking the product.This is a high-volume outbound calling position that requires professionalism, persistence, excellent listening skills, and the ability to have meaningful conversations while consistently following approved messaging and established processes.What You'll DoConduct outbound telephone calls to healthcare providers, healthcare locations, and other designated contacts.Deliver approved product education and information using established scripts, resources, and messaging.Engage healthcare professionals in professional, informative conversations.Build rapport and establish productive relationships with contacts.Ask
