Job description

Junior/Intern Account Manager
Role Objective: Designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians looking to transition from the bench into health-tech. This role focuses on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with client setups, and escalating technical needs while managing day-to-day customer onboarding tracks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements.

  • Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators.

  • Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues.

  • Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle.

Qualifications
  • Required: Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).

  • Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting; strong communication skills.

  • Location Requirement: Fully remote; West Coast residency preferred.
