Position Overview:
As the Lead Business Analyst supporting Salesforce applications, you will serve as the liaison between our clients and our Salesforce development team. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business processes, translating their needs into Salesforce solutions, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in Salesforce and business analysis will drive the success of our clients' CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Translate business needs into comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for Salesforce applications.
-Solution Design: Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to design solutions that align with best practices and meet client objectives. Create data models, workflow diagrams, and system architecture designs.
-Data Analysis: Analyze and cleanse data as needed to ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce. Develop data migration strategies and oversee data migration activities.
-Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate bug resolution with development teams. Ensure solutions meet quality and functionality standards.
-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, design decisions, and system configurations. Create user guides and training materials as necessary.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams. Provide regular updates, facilitate meetings, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with product owner and client stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solution is aligned with overall business strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of Salesforce initiatives, including roadmap development and long-term vision.
- Project Leadership: Take a lead role in managing Salesforce projects, work closely with Development manager during planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
-Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients can effectively use Salesforce applications. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
-Best Practices: Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce applications, including implementation and customization projects. Preference given to qualified candidates with proven knowledge of Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, or Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
