● We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management (OM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) 
● Business Systems Analyst to support our organization in optimizing and enhancing our supply chain processes. 
 
● The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Oracle applications, 
particularly in OM and SCM modules. 
 
● This role will involve gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to 
ensure effective implementation and support.
Roles & Responsibilities
● 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain 
Management modules.
● Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in OM and SCM.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical 
stakeholders.
● Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
● Drive the business design and workshops sessions.
● Able to assess the risks, come up with business cases and solutions and present to leadership teams
● Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, as well as data analysis techniques.
● Gather and document business requirements related to Order Management and Supply Chain processes in 
collaboration with stakeholders.

materials.
● Work with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure 
seamless integration of processes.
● Stay updated on Oracle applications' new features, best practices, and industry trends, and advise management
 on potential impacts.
● Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle OM and SCM 
functi onalities.
● Assist in data migration and system integration efforts related to OM and SCM processes.
