 Job OverviewFine Tune is recruiting a National Program and Optimization Manager to join our Waste and Recycling Services team. This position will report to our VP of Waste and Recycling Services. The primary role of this position will be to review new client programs, recommend strategies and supplier agreements to improve our client’s position within the category.
This is a remote position.Responsibilities and Duties 
  • Manage the lifecycle of a Fine Tune client, to include ongoing auditing & recovery duties and associated client interaction.
  • Ensure stated savings projections are met and identify the cause of any discrepancies.
  • Identify new optimization opportunities to drive savings for our clients which increase revenue to Fine Tune.
  • Track credits, tasks, and other relevant data points in our CRM and other online platforms.
  • Respond to client service issues and address questions.
  • Perform supplier renewals, client renewals and client expansions into other service offerings.
  • Report overcharges/non-compliance to suppliers on behalf of our clients and follows up until such corrections occur.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience to include non-hazardous waste program management
  • 3-5 years of intermediate-level Excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and professionally present business cases to clients
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work remotely in a space free from distractions
  • Accountable to yourself and your teammates
