Team Red Dog is hiring a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst for our client, a leading cloud and software provider and AI-driven technology organization. This highly visible remote opportunity combines Power BI development, enterprise data analysis, AI-enabled automation, and data governance to improve the quality and reliability of critical supply chain master data that supports global product launches. You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable dashboards, develop AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Copilot, and lead initiatives that transform complex data challenges into measurable business improvements. This role is ideal for an analytical problem solver who enjoys building modern business intelligence solutions while driving operational excellence across enterprise systems.

You'll have the opportunity to build enterprise Power BI solutions, implement AI-driven process improvements, and influence how data quality is measured and managed across multiple business systems. With significant ownership and visibility, this role offers the chance to independently lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency while working with cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies.

How you will make an impact:

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into data quality trends, exceptions, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Build AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation technologies to improve business processes.
  • Analyze enterprise data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing attributes, and process gaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions that prevent recurring data quality issues.
  • Lead data remediation initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and driving corrective actions through completion.
  • Establish data quality metrics, governance processes, monitoring frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures, business rules, and training materials.
  • Gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, manage implementation activities, and drive user adoption with minimal supervision.
  • Partner closely with business and technical teams to translate complex business needs into production-ready business intelligence solutions.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI agents, or similar AI technologies to automate business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Experience leading data quality, governance, remediation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including stakeholder management and driving projects to completion.
  • Experience creating process documentation, business rules, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, data lakes, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, MRP, or supply chain systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with master data management and data governance principles.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments is highly valued.
