Review technical artifacts such as data dictionaries, interface specifications, wireframes, and solution designs.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
Validate completed solutions against documented business and technical requirements.
Support solution design, implementation planning, and technology roadmap development.
Communicate project requirements, risks, decisions, and outcomes to technical and business audiences.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or IT modernization projects.
Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and backlog refinement.
Experience creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and functional or technical specifications.
