Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in business law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, commercial real estate, leasing, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations and secured financings.
Client prefers candidates for the Sacramento office location, open to San Diego or Riverside office locations.
