What You'll Do

  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for commissioning and building performance projects.
  • Review and interpret MEP and control system drawings for design and field compliance.
  • Lead or oversee functional testing, start-up verification, and issue resolution.
  • Direct development of commissioning documentation and final reports.
  • Train clients and operators on building system performance.
  • Mentor staff and contribute to technical development.  

What You Bring  

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years in commissioning, MEP project management, or building systems.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems.
  • Strong technical writing, coordination, and client communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as projects require.

Preferred Certifications: CxA, PMP, PE, LEED, AABC, NEBB, TABB, AEE, BCxA.
