Senior Performance AnalystPosition Overview

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive analytics solutions including data processing, automation, visualizations, and end-user support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business intelligence strategies that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions including data processing, automation, visualizations, training, and ongoing support
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis across familiar and unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through effective stakeholder communication
  • Partner with Technology teams to design data integration from multiple systems into data warehouses and analytic models
  • Document process requirements, flow maps, and technical design using JLL standard tools
  • Ensure alignment between JLL system data and Client system data/reporting
  • Collaborate with data stewards to identify and remediate critical data quality issues
  • Maintain user permissions and access roles through the Technology Access Tool (TAT)
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or related analytical field
  • 3+ years of business intelligence or data analyst experience in enterprise environments across multiple systems and business functions
  • Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Informatica)
  • Proven ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Experience developing predictive models
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading data gathering and design sessions
