You will engage in consultative solution selling, addressing complex client needs with tailored service solutions, and ensure diligent sales operations for accurate forecasting and pipeline management. How You'll Make an Impact

• You will develop and execute long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
• You will identify and prospect for new customers within your territory to expand the service business footprint.
• You will manage interactions with existing customers to capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• You will monitor customer activity, competitor strategies, and industry trends to adapt your sales strategies effectively.
• You will lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business and close deals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B field sales, account management, or business development within the industrial automation, electrification, or energy services sector.
• You demonstrate expertise in managing large or complex sales projects with limited oversight.
• You possess strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for performance tracking and reporting.
• You have a proven ability to develop compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
