  • Lead cross-functional project teams, influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Logistics, and Finance.
  • Train and coach functional owners on improved processes, ensuring long-term sustainability before transitioning to new initiatives.
  • Map end-to-end business processes, identify systemic issues, and implement standardized workflows across sites.
  • Support major initiatives including building layouts, facility expansions, automation roadmaps, strategic partnerships, and network redesign.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated analytical, business process and problem-solving experience with the ability to assess complex systems and identify root causes and high-impact opportunities
  • Prior experience engaging cross-functional teams designed to identify analytical and savings efficiencies and design solutions.

Skills:

  • A relationship builder with the ability to lead without immediate oversight
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment, and who can be comfortable with ambiguity, broad scope and dynamic priorities
