Energy All-Source Analyst
The Opportunity:
Our clients need skilled analysts to turn reams of data into actionable intelligence for our government and military every day. If you have strong analytic tradecraft skills and a problem-solving mindset, are familiar with energy infrastructure, and are ready to help our nation's leaders understand the critical threats and opportunities facing our country, we have an opportunity for you as an energy all-source analyst.
As part of a high-tempo, high-performing team, you'll lead strategic-level products and collaborate with other IC experts to assess foreign systems for electric power generation, transmission, and distribution, including their infrastructure and networks. Thanks to our strong training and mentoring programs, you'll also have the opportunity to hone your skills as an analyst and pass those skills on to junior colleagues. And you'll be working to answer some of our nation's leaders' most complex, important questions ─ making every workday one in which you help our customers better understand the world.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in analysis
  • Knowledge of energy infrastructure, systems, and resources
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or economics, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or economics

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in IC infrastructure analysis and in ICD 203/206 tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation
At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Our offerings include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Our recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our values.
