Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team within our Detox Center. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the psychological and emotional well-being of individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families, positively impacting lives and promoting recovery.

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our clients in the Detox Center. Our virtual platform enables effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring that all activities adhere to federal and state guidelines governing mental health services. You will have access to a range of telehealth tools that facilitate real-time assessments and patient engagement.

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their psychological and social needs.
• Work closely with families to create individualized treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices in treatment strategies.
• Provide steadfast support and resources to clients and their families, aiding in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in social work.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, promoting a supportive community among clients.

In this role, you will focus on clients who are in the critical stages of detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. These individuals may experience a range of emotional and psychological challenges, requiring a compassionate and tailored approach to support their unique needs. You will play an important role in building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel safe and understood during their treatment journey.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• Current LCSW licensure with the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is needed.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in clinical settings, particularly with detox or substance use populations.
• Strong understanding and commitment to Natural Learning Environment principles and practices.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.

• Previous experience with early intervention and community-based support services.
• Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
