• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our patient demographic spans individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, requiring sensitivity, cultural competence, and a personalized approach to therapy.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a secure and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences are crucial.
