About the OpportunityOur client is a well-established event management company that has been in business for over 45 years and hosts more than 250 events nationwide. They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to sell exhibitor booth space for bridal expos and home improvement shows across the country.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on converting leads into exhibitors for upcoming events. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who thrives in a transactional sales environment and enjoys building relationships with business owners.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective exhibitors using company-provided leads.
Sell booth space to businesses participating in bridal expos and home improvement shows.
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Close sales within a short sales cycle.
Manage clients through their first event participation.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Ideal CandidateSuper strong closer with a proven ability to close business over the phone.
Experience in inside sales, business development, telesales, event sales, advertising sales, or similar roles.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
Hunter mentality with a strong drive to generate revenue.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Required QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience working fully remote.
Previous sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
Ability to thrive in a transactional sales environment with short sales cycles.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Willing to attend a 2-week training program in New York (all travel expenses paid by the company).
