Job description

About Marqvision

Protect and build a future shaped by original ideas, innovations and creativity.

Threats to brand integrity are scaling fast. We're building the intelligence to scale faster. MarqVision is the brand integrity partner for the world's most ambitious companies, providing AI-powered enforcement and intelligence across 1,500+ platforms in 115+ countries. We don't just flag problems; we eliminate them at scale so brands can grow with confidence.

Founded in 2020 by Harvard Law graduates and backed by leading investors including SoftBank, Y Combinator, DST Global Partners, HSG, and Salesforce Ventures, we've built the category-defining platform for brand protection. We're recognized with an LVMH Innovation Award and named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in 2025, and we're just getting started.

If you want to work at the intersection of AI, global commerce, and IP, this is the place. We're pushing the boundaries of brand control to keep innovation, creativity, and trust safeguarded in a rapidly evolving digital world.

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on North America, you'll own the full sales cycle and help protect the world's most recognizable brands, from global luxury houses to emerging streetwear labels and leading names in health, wellness, and beauty, against the growing threat of IP infringement.

Partnering closely with Sales Leadership in North America, APAC and EMEA, you will help brand partners identify and act against bad actors responsible for millions in lost revenue, fraudulent sales, and long-term brand damage each year. Your work will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world brand protection, giving you the opportunity to drive meaningful commercial impact for clients who are serious about safeguarding what they've built.

What You'll Do

  • Consult prospective clients on tailored brand protection strategies and how MarqVision's platform addresses their specific challenges
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that bring to life the platform's ability to detect, enforce against, and eliminate counterfeit activity at scale
  • Lead high-quality discovery calls, business reviews, and demo sessions with potential customers
  • Own pipeline progression and closing new business against quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to execute strategic outbound campaigns
  • Partner with the Account Management team to identify and close expansion opportunities

Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles of 3-6+ months and close deals with ACVs in the mid-high six figures range
  • Confident and proactive pipeline building, comfort self-sourcing opportunities alongside SDR support
  • Practical application of structured sales methodologies (i.e. MEDDPIC)
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Bonus Signal

  • A track record of closing enterprise-level accounts
  • Sector experience in fashion, cosmetics, or other consumer products
  • Familiarity with intellectual property, brand protection, or anti-counterfeiting, whether through prior roles or genuine personal interest
  • Experience collaborating with global teams
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Claude, and Slack

Compensation

The total compensation for this role (salary + OTE) is $243,000- $311,000, determined by location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.

Why Become a Marqvisioner

  • Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it
  • Hybrid work model designed for focus and flexibility
  • Equity in every offer - because you should own a piece of what you're building
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus parental leave to support your life outside of work
  • 401(k) plan to help you save for the future
  • A one-time home office stipend for remote employees - because your setup should work as hard as you do
  • One Medical membership

Protect what's original. Scale what's possible. At MarqVision, we believe real growth comes with attracting the brightest minds, motivating them to succeed in their position, and ensuring plenty of fun along the way. If you think this position is for you, apply now.
