We are seeking a creative, results-driven Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, market visibility and pipeline. This role brings the Barracuda brand to life through brand advertising, guerrilla marketing activations, strategic partnerships, and integrated marketing communications campaigns. 
The ideal candidate combines strategic brand thinking with strong execution skills, with experience delivering memorable campaigns across digital, experiential, and emerging channels. 
What you’ll be working on
  • Plan and execute brand advertising (brand generation / brand-led growth) campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels. Measure performance and optimize programs using brand awareness, leads and pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, partner programs, customer marketing, customer support, and other teams to deliver integrated marketing communications and launch campaigns.
  • Partner with our in-house creative team to develop guerrilla marketing activations and distinctive brand moments that generate buzz and earned media.
  • Identify and manage co-marketing opportunities that expand brand reach, and work cross-functionally to ensure partner branding remains accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure brand identity and guidelines are applied consistently across the organization; collaborate with leadership and creative teams to evolve the brand as needed to maintain competitive differentiation.
  • Develop product and feature names in partnership with product, product marketing, and Legal teams.
What you bring to the role  
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or brand advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns and identity initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience working with in-house creative teams to deliver brand campaigns, guerrilla marketing tactics, integrated launches, and brand identity rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of digital brand advertising channels and how to balance brand awareness with pipeline impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solver with flexibility, adaptability, and a strong bias for action.
  • Experience in B2B technology marketing; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and agile environment.
  • BA/BS degree required.
