A Remote Bowen practitioner is a trained professional who performs Bowen Therapy—an alternative bodywork technique—using remote or distance methods rather than in-person sessions. Through video calls, phone consultations, or energetic connection, the practitioner guides clients through self-applied movements or uses intention to support the client's natural healing process. This approach is designed for clients who cannot attend in-person appointments, allowing them to experience the benefits of Bowen Therapy from home. Remote Bowen sessions can help with pain relief, stress reduction, and overall well-being, although they may differ from hands-on treatments.
