Job description

Located in Phoenix, AZ
Salary: 100k-160k
Corporate Relocation Business Development Manager
Remote | National Scope | Base + Commission | Negotiable
The Role
A fast-growing, independent moving company with a national footprint is launching a corporate relocation division - and we need the right person to lead it. We have the trucks, the drivers, the systems, and the service. What we need is someone who already knows this world and has the relationships to back it up.
This is a ground-floor opportunity with real upside. You'll own the division, build the book, and eventually build the team.
What You'll Do
  • Drive new corporate relocation business through existing RMC, HR, and corporate account relationships
  • Engage with organizations like WERC and regional relocation alliances to build pipeline
  • Identify and close direct corporate accounts with active employee relocation needs
  • Represent the company at industry events and through targeted outreach
  • Work closely with operations to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience
  • Build toward managing a team of relocation sales reps

What You Bring
  • Active relationships with RMCs (Sirva, Cartus, etc.), corporate HR/relocation contacts, or both
  • Deep familiarity with the global mobility ecosystem - how deals flow, who the players are, how moving companies fit in
  • A book of business capable of generating 40+ moves quickly
  • Van line, RMC, or global mobility company background strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with travel, cold outreach, and building from scratch
  • Hungry, self-directed, and ready to own something

Compensation
  • Competitive base (negotiable based on book and experience)
  • Uncapped commission
  • National scope - all 48 states

The Opportunity
This company operates as a true independent - their own drivers, their own trucks, their own service standard. That's a real differentiator in corporate relocation, where service consistency is everything. You'll be able to take business from Texas to Florida, coast to coast, without the constraints of a van line agent model. The infrastructure is built. The engine is running. We just need someone to point it in the right direction.
