About the Role
We're hiring a Data Entry Specialist to ensure critical business data is accurate, complete, and always up to date across systems.
This is not just basic data entry.
This role is responsible for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability - directly impacting decisions across finance, sales, operations, and leadership.

What You'll Do
Data Entry & Accuracy (Core Focus)
  • Enter and update records in:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Airtable
    • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Cross-check entries against:
    • Invoices
    • Contracts
    • Customer and HR records
  • Identify and fix:
    • Duplicate records
    • Missing data
    • Formatting inconsistencies

Data Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Standardize datasets using:
    • Filters
    • Pivot tables
    • Formulas
  • Apply consistent:
    • Naming conventions
