We are seeking an experience air cargo manager to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support as an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs
  • Must be familiar with air cargo importation and exportation rules
  • Must be able to travel if needed to all points
  • Receive visitors
  • Train and supervise lower-level staff
  • Manage and receiving incoming and out going cargo

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in administration
  • Experience in aviation is preferred but not mandatory.
