Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying symptoms and formulating clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their unique concerns and goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to ensure engagement and efficacy.
• Provide immediate assistance and crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Accurately document client sessions and treatment progress in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the community by connecting them with resources and educating them about available support systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include individuals of various ages and backgrounds seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Arizona (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capability, with a minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling.
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, with a capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
• The ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and upholding professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health or clinical setting, while not mandatory, is highly valued to enrich your perspective in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
