• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each plan is geared towards effective crisis management and behavioral guidance.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs and track progress, collaborating closely with our clinical team to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Engage actively with local, state, and federal agencies, building relationships that foster referrals and community support for our services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and therapeutic interventions to comply with regulatory standards and enhance continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, state meetings, and conferences relevant to mental health care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and external support systems, creating an integrative network that enriches client experiences and outcomes.
• Advocate for our clients' needs within the community, ensuring open communication lines and promoting our agency’s mission and values.
• Complete other administrative and clinical tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our organizational goals.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Arc Zone, you will work primarily with individuals managing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your role is essential in guiding these individuals through their journeys toward recovery, utilizing personalized counseling approaches that respect their unique circumstances.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required to qualify for this role.
• Possession of a valid and independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and treatment documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to express ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in making clinical judgments and independent decisions based on professional experience.

Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly valued, along with familiarity in employing evidence-based practices tailored to a diverse client population. The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, as well as dependent care accounts. Newly hired counselors may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, while ongoing supervision promotes continual professional growth.
