Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each plan is geared towards effective crisis management and behavioral guidance.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs and track progress, collaborating closely with our clinical team to adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Engage actively with local, state, and federal agencies, building relationships that foster referrals and community support for our services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and therapeutic interventions to comply with regulatory standards and enhance continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, state meetings, and conferences relevant to mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Newly hired counselors may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, while ongoing supervision promotes continual professional growth.
